FREE TRIAL FOR BEGINNERS

1. Schedule the Beginner’s Intro Class

Are you brand new to CrossFit? We have our beginner’s class that will allow you to train with one of our dedicated trainers in one of our free trial classes. Select the “Beginner’s Intro Class” in the link below to schedule.

FREE TRIAL FOR EXPERIENCED ATHLETES

2. Schedule a Free CrossFit Class

Do you have previous CrossFit and/or Olympic weightlifting experience? If so, we offer a Free CrossFit Class for those looking to join our gym. Free Trial CrossFit Class requires a local address. (Free for County residents only).
